Creating The Perfect Osteopathy Patient Experience
New Zealand Osteopathy
It’s probably fair to say that most Osteopaths rely on word-of-mouth to grow their patient list. However, I believe there’s far more to word-of-mouth.
I like to think that there are two forms of word-of-mouth, I call them active WOM and passive WOM.
Active word-of-mouth is you saying to a patient: “If you can think of anyone who you may think would benefit from our services, please give them my card and tell them to call me.”
Passive word-of-mouth is how a patient EXPERIENCES you, Osteopathy and your clinic. This is where you can go from a good Osteopath to a kick-ass Osteopath!

This Course Is For People WHo...
I know you look after your patients already. Now you can learn new ways to generate even more word-of-mouth for your business and sky-rocket your reputation as the go-to local Osteopath.
Who wants to shake things up! It doesn’t matter if you’re a clinic owner or an associate, this 1-hour course will explode your creative thinking.
Because the best way to get people talking about YOU is to make them think “WOW!”
Let’s get started, shall we?
People usually hear about Osteopathy through a friend. So, they tend to look around online to see who ‘looks the best’ for them. This is where being visible online takes centre stage. Here we will talk about Google Ads, social media, Google My Business, website function and creative resources for existing patients to give to friends.
This is where we talk about identifying ways to improve clinic appearance, organisation and structure inside and out.
A patient is going to form an opinion of you and the clinic within 30 seconds. Ensuring you have everything you need to go above and beyond and exceed all expectations that will ultimately contribute to their decision to return.
Discover how important this often missed step can be to building the overall perfect patient experience. If I haven’t convinced you, take a second to imagine what a leisure centre smells like – instant identification within the brain, right?
This webinar is not to convince you to treat, speak or do certain things. However, there are certain aspects of the perfect patient experience that will impress your patients, improve your skills as an Osteopath and won’t empty your wallet.
Again, this is not a lecture about how to communicate in a certain way. This is where I share the small changes you can make to take the patient experience from a 9/10 to a 10/10, increase return rates and make it impossible for patients to not spread the word about you to their friends and family.
