Once you pay for your webinar and create an account there are two ways you can access your webinar instantly.
You can click on the link at the bottom of the email you received with your order confirmation.
Or you can simply click on the Webinars tab at the top of this page. There you will be prompted to sign in with the details you created on checkout.
If you are based in the UK, Australia, NZ or Canada we will charge your Complete Support Package membership to your local currency (prices as listed).
If you are from another country we will automatically charge your card the GBP amount, which will be exchanged each month from your local currency.
If you have a specific request of currency to be charged in please email us [email protected]
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please email us at [email protected] and we will resolve any issues you’re having.
Yes, you can still sign in with your details and access all the webinars you’ve already bought.
However, in line with our fair use policy*, we will review the webinars you’ve purchased and may deny access to Webinars based on a case-by-case basis.
If you are considering cancelling your subscription send me a message on Facebook or email [email protected] and we can discuss alternate options for you to get the most out of your experience.
*Purchased webinars may be reviewed if they exceed the equivalent of 12hrs of learning time/month over the life of the subscription.
As I am an Osteopath all these resources are heavily orientated around Osteopaths, Osteopathic Clinics, Osteopathy career paths and Osteopathic Prinicples.
If you are not an Osteopath you can still translate what you learn over to your profession.
